It only matters if people are educated enough to understand why it’s important.
There are widely available options as it is. The majority of people don’t care at best. And get offended at the notion of using them at worst.

A lot of the images people posting here show a bleak picture in general.
Can my husband sell my car without me? Can my husband force me to sell my house? JFC.
Hahaha, yeah, right. That's exactly what's going to happen.
And still people seems to not care the slightest about protection (messaging, sharing, ...) 🤷🏼♀️
