I did a Final Destination marathon recently to prep for Bloodlines.
While all the movies have their flaws and weaknesses, FD4 was garbage. Even as a easy to please person I couldn't handle it.
Genuinely terrible, I am shocked they wanted it to be the last one in the franchise, to the point they called it "The Final Destination"
It is exactly like the standard Meta Quest 3S, it's just a different colorway and it comes with a Xbox controller and some Gamepass bundled.
You can still stream games from your PC, play Standalone titles, stream Gamepass, whatever.
Can confirm, having my different refresh rate monitors play nice with each other is extremely homosexual.

You can, I've done it myself, but most plugins are geared to run in the Big Picture mode instead of the Desktop UI.
For example, the SteamGridDB plugin only runs in Big Picture, and despite showing its menu option the desktop, clicking it gives you a broken window.
Meanwhile, the CSS Loader plugin runs on both, and there some themes specifically geared to modify the desktop UI, like the lovely Metro for Steam skin recreation by Rose
As an outsider to Bethesda modding, given how difficult it looks, I'm surprised to hear this isn't already a thing.
