Personally I'll be sad to stop getting free games, it's become a routine I look forward to every week now, but I'll definitely keep using the launcher since there are so many free games I've collected that I haven't gotten around to playing yet.

My library of games here is also many times bigger than on Steam, so I'll prefer to buy new games from the Epic Store if the prices match those on Steam.

Hi everyone, I started redeeming free games since August 2019 and now I finally have a decent computer with which to start the hunt. I created a collection by separating games with achievements and there are 77 of them.

However I am not a newbie, I have numerous Platinums on PlayStation but on Epic I am a bit lost. I saw that some games, like Saints Row IV and Dying Light, have DLC-related achievements but not the "+" next to them. Are these required for Platinum?

I can't find specific guides for the Epic games, so how can I know if there are any achievement that are buggy, online, unobtainable or too difficult? I was hoping they would be the same as the PlayStation versions and use the trophy guides but Saints Row IV has different achievements. Also some trophies might be buggy or unobtainable only on Epic. I would like to have the profile at 100%.

Hi, I read some posts from a few days ago and I still don't understand whether the EGS staff has adored or doesn't really care. I haven't seen any store update for a couple of months now, at least one of the many promises made in the past. Some users were saying that they are actually preparing for a major update, but since nothing has been announced I wouldn't know what to say honestly. I'm still confused which store to invest my money in, I've brought Steam and Epic to the same level regarding games and now I'm waiting for a sign of life from Epic. Honestly I'd like to do it on Epic as I like it much better, but by now I'm starting to believe more and more that Steam is a longer-lived, safer alternative. Do you have any news or opinions on this?
