Which diseases can only be contracted if a person has a specific orientation?
none, but they do have different odds, and more importantly they change the advice the practitioner gives them.
it would be stupid to advice the usage of a condom during anal penetration to a lesbian couple for example.
95% chance you're going to get that advice regardless.
