I just like how mature the gaming mouse market has gotten, and I do not buy mice that require their manufacturer driver/ software.
Glorious, Zowie, and now Finalmouse (I bought into the hype but I genuinely do like the mouse I got) have all served me well and don’t require any proprietary software.
Razer is fine but they do this weird thing:
When plugged into a windows pc it will ask you to install their software
