A welcome shift in lifestyle, but I have always struggled with focus (ADHD). Any pointers/tips for how to best set myself up for success? Room is pretty much empty except for the work setup, and I try to keep the door closed when I'm working.

I maintain a work computer separate from my "everything system".

I use noise cancelling headphones and play music that I know puts me in the zone (mostly electronic with basic beats and droning).

I have blackout curtains so that I can't see out the window during work hours.

Already doing those first two, but on the third I'm not sure yet - I think the boost from increased sunlight is worth thepotential distraction so far, but I can let the blinds down if need be. Might experiment and see how it goes, but I'm enjoying the spring weather as much as I can.
