  • Brush: Wild West Brushworks Blue Space 26mm Cashmere
  • Razor: Karve Christopher Bradley Aluminum (setting: C Plate)
  • Blade: Astra Superior Platinum (3)
  • Lather: E&S Rasage - Azur - Soap
  • Post Shave: E&S Rasage - Azur - Aftershave
  • Post Shave: Thayers - Coconut - Toner

2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.

I used to really dislike the weight of this razor. Today it did not bother me at all. Today I'm using a soap brand that I've not seen anyone else use here, but I bet @[email protected] knows of it.

Yup, I have one full tub in the form of Shaman and got several samples a few years ago. The samples weren't that impressive in terms of lather, but Shaman seems to be a new/improved recipe for the base and once you get a good lather going (you really need to load heavy, it's oily) it's great stuff. Barber and Solstice are IMHO also really great scents, also available as bar soaps.
