I know that it's an entirely synthetic sound but I am 100% convinced I can make that sound in analog with my bass guitar. I've tried a bunch of techniques but I couldn't get close so I know I have to do this with a pedal.

The thing is that I can't find the damn pedal. I don't know what you'd even call such a pedal. So I came here to ask if someone has any idea as to how I can play donk bass in analog.

You’ll need a synth pedal that can do FM (frequency modulation) synthesis. Something like the FMeron.

I tried to Google my way out of pay 340 and wait 5 months. Ended up spending 500 and a few days wait.

Wish there were cheaper alternatives

Sorry to hear it. You could probably get something together with software for cheaper, but that’s assuming you have an audio interface.

Hope whatever you ended up with is giving you what you’re looking for.
