But it is half-decent, look at their metro & compare it to America's
That is Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
Show me the Metro of Sotschi.. or any other second class Russian city.
Russia has literally only 2 Cities partially on western standard. I think most dictatorships manage this, even North Korea.
It's everywhere in Russia, the point is Russia is half-decent not like what the American kool-aid would have you believe, that is all there is to it No politics here, case closed
