Well it's still medicinal, not recreational. As such, you need to see a GP about it and it sounds like not all are trained in the prescriptions (but salespeople-wearing-a-GP-hat like cannabisclinic.co.nz will happily do the consult. It is more than the usual GP fee, however and they're not interested in your rash stories)
