Be the change you want to see, I say!

I dunno guy. Id like to think we are largely post-matching. If you are a conservative dresser that just needs a little help (ie. You wear a navy suit and brown shoes or a black suit and black shoes most of the time and you don't want to draw attention by wearing your black suit with brown shoes) these types of guides can be helpful. If your clothing library has this many colors of shoes, pants and you can pull off a lumbar jack looking red plaid like that on a regular day, don't worry about it - a mismatch will likely just look like a bold intentional fashion statement.

While true, I have to say I enjoy guides like this for inspiration. You can only deviate from the norm once you have a concept of a 'norm' in the first place, after all!

my day to day matching is easy!

  • Black t shirt
  • Black jeans
  • Random hoody

Wow, a true fashionista! This is a great community for you, then—after all, fashion is all about uniformity all day, every day.

Sometimes I spice it up - one of my t shirts has black text on it

Same, except I don't wear a hoodie.
