I think krita is a great tool and recommend it for anyone. But I've used Adobe software so much that I mess up pretty easily, trying to do things the Adobe way.

Yeah. Muscle memory and so on—it is so hard to split from years of doing stuff a certain way. Keep at it! We are all rooting for you.
