But there are a lot more than two choices. If we went with instant runoff people would feel more comfortable voting for them.
No, instant run-off reinforces the 2 party system even more so. You should support the single transferable vote instead as that is ranked and proportional.

Apologies, I thought you were implying that lemmy.world and lemmy.ml were the only two options.
All good, I really appreciate the hard work the smaller instance admins do!

I ended up blocking them both because lemmy.ml is full of tankies and lemmy.world is America centric despite the name.

If you look reeealll close you can almost make it a tiny break in the clouds in .world... or maybe that's just bias. Who knows.
I really do prefer Sopuli.xyz tbh.
