I’d make one called “Cinnamon Raisin Bagel” with cream cheese based ice cream, cinnamon swirls, and bits of cinnamon raisin bagel

Dang, that sounds incredible! I'd make a brown butter cookie flavored ice cream with chocolate covered crunchy cookie bits.

Gotta share this ice cream I recently grabbed called Jeni's. They don't have exactly what you described but the 'skillet cinnamon roll' is soo close. It definitely got me hooked, the flavors I've tried so far are wildly accurate.

Horchata as a base flavor, with chocolate covered cookie bits for some crunchy texture.

There is a place in Paramount, CA that does all kinds of horchata stuff. Ice cream, milkshakes, stuffed donuts, etc. It’s pretty good!

I have made chocolate chip coffee ice cream with a hint of whiskey before and it was delicious, so probably that.

It would taste like the feeling of smug satisfaction you get when you're proven right and you get to say "I told you so!". Kind of like the medicine Mary Poppins gives, it would taste different for every person.

It's not "new" but I once had a german chocolate cake ice cream ... and I so want it again 😥

Ben & Jerry's "Pecan Sanders". Vanilla ice cream with a maple ribbon for Vermont, pecans, and shortbread pieces.

Buttered popcorn with caramel swirl. Maybe some sea salt.

That sounds pretty dope. Would definitely try it.

I would go sweet and salty I think. Like a peanut brittle for crunch, a fudge swirl, and a Vineland base? I sounds basic but I think would be good

Dude that sounds wonderful.
