This happens on Android with Fennec and Chrome. With Fennec it happens with or without uBlock enabled (uBlock will ask for confirmation to proceed if enabled). Someone else did comment on another post that they reproduced this but the post has since been removed.
I've just checked again and the issue still persists. Screenshot with offending link.
