The punk band Bob Vylan has now officially been dropped by the talent agency UTA following the comments being made during their Glastonbury set.

During the performance, the band led a pro-Palestine chant with their crowd, proclaiming “death to the IDF”. Following comments from the festival staff as well as various politicians, UTA has announced their decision to part ways with the group.

Insiders have said that UTA senior executives agreed with the festival, saying that the band had taken their political beliefs too far when making their comments. Despite not coming out with any official statement, all images and information relating to the musical duo have been wiped from the company’s website.

The BBC continued in a statement, “The antisemitic sentiments expressed by Bob Vylan were utterly unacceptable and have no place on our airwaves. We welcome Glastonbury’s condemnation of the performance.”

'Israeli' farmers report widening boycott of exports across Europe, Japan: Reports (Roya News, 2025-06-26)

https://en.royanews.tv/news/60720
———

>> 'Israeli' farmers and food exporters are reporting a sharp rise in boycott efforts against their agricultural products across Europe, according to a report published Wednesday by the Hebrew outlet #Ynet.

>> The Ynet report cites exporters saying that European countries like Belgium and Ireland have effectively begun boycotting 'Israeli' produce. In recent weeks, Italy’s and the UK’s Co-op chains announced they would stop selling 'Israeli' products, and now other retailers—such as the UK’s #Waitrose and Germany’s #Aldi—are reportedly following suit, even without public declarations.

>> … some 'Israeli' exporters are also facing signs of reluctance from Japanese buyers, signaling that the impact may soon extend beyond Europe.

>> The Central Committee of the World Council of Churches, … gathers in deep lamentation and outrage as the crisis in Palestine and Israel escalates to levels that flagrantly violate international humanitarian and human rights law as well as the most basic principles of morality.

>> We recognize a clear distinction between the Jewish people, our siblings in faith, and the acts of the Government of Israel, and we reaffirm that the #WCC stands firm against any kind of racism, … the unbearable suffering inflicted on the people of Gaza, and the escalating violence and oppression in the West Bank and in Jerusalem compel the global fellowship of churches to speak with clarity, urgency, and commitment to the principles of justice under international law and ethics.

Want to hear a massive coincidence.

I was unaware of it but I found out in the protest

there's a Palestinian event in two weeks and Khaled Jumal will be there to talk about his involvement in the freedom flotilla.

He is the one who wrote that poem!!!!

"Channel 4 will broadcast Gaza: Doctors Under Attack, a documentary laying out damning allegations that Israeli forces systematically targeted Gaza's hospitals and medical staff throughout their military campaign—allegations which would amount to grave breaches of international law.

"This is a meticulously reported and important film examining evidence which supports allegations of grave breaches of international law by Israeli forces," said L. Compton, Channel 4's Head of News and Current Affairs. "It exemplifies Channel 4's commitment to brave and fearless journalism," she added.

"For months, environmental researcher Yaakov Garb has been using satellite data to analyze the design, location, and expansion of these facilities. Garb, a professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, found in an analysis published earlier this month on Harvard Dataverse that most of Gaza’s population cannot access these centers in a safe and practical way. Doing so requires crossing the dangerous Netzarim Corridor, entering a buffer zone from which Israel has banned them from entering, or a long walk across a barren rubble field, while carrying a heavy box of food."

"Far-right activists, including members of Betar—a pro-Israel extremist group known for racist violence—have been running a constellation of WhatsApp group chats to plan counterprotests against pro-Palestine demonstrations and commit potential hate crimes against Muslims in New York City.

The chat logs show its members, including individuals publicly affiliated with Betar US, discussing a range of plans and ideas...

Betar US also appears to have had some coordination with local government, with one member stating that they were forwarding information to a local state assemblyman."

Homophobic islamophobic British guy calls for a foreign army to strike civilians inside his country having fun at a concert and protesting the genocide.

These creatures are truly fascinating, they literally worship Israel.

Two babies died of starvation in Gaza due to Israel’s continuing blockade of vital aid. The deaths come as the US approved $30 million in funding for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. More than 500 Palestinians have been killed while trying to get food from its aid centres.

Normalization between Damascus and Tel Aviv means that hundreds of thousands of people died and a stable nation was destroyed, while every ethnic/religious group turned on each other, all so that Israel could usurp more territory and deal a blow to the Palestinian resistance. There’s no way to sugar coat it.

Almost 84,000 people died in Gaza between October 2023 and early January 2025 as a result of the Hamas–Israel war, estimates the first independent survey of deaths. More than half of the people killed were women aged 18–64, children or people over 65, reports the study, which was posted on the preprint server medRxiv last week1. It has not been peer reviewed.

>> The [UK] government has "strongly condemned" chants at #Glastonbury Festival from rap punk duo Bob Vylan calling for "death" to the Israeli military and broadcast live on the BBC.

>> Rapper Bobby Vylan led chants of "free, free Palestine" and "death, death to the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]" during their set, which came just before Belfast rap trio Kneecap.

>> A BBC spokesperson said some of the comments were "deeply offensive", adding it had issued a warning on screen about "very strong and discriminatory language". The set will not be available to rewatch on BBC iPlayer.

>> Police said they were reviewing videos of comments made by Bob Vylan and #Kneecap to decide whether any offences had been committed.

It was the hardest day of my life. I’ve never felt humiliation like I did that day.

I hope food can get through soon and be distributed in a respectful way, without humiliation and killing. The current system is chaotic and deadly.

There’s no justice in it. Most end up with nothing, because there’s no organised system and there’s too little aid for too many people.
