Hey there! Excited to see the airsoft community also being present on Lemmy, so of course I wanna contribute with the most generic multicam kit possible :P

I snagged a surplus USAF contract made HGEAR vest. It's in the somewhat hideous, if distinct ABU pattern, but the construction is much more solid than made-for airsoft loadbearing gear close in price. Since this setup is for indoors only, the camo pattern isn't a concern. I totally could dye it green (and I have dyed UCP stuff) but I figure to just leave it how it came.
Cheap amazon soft style vest, mostly because I'm tired of confused rentals on my own team hosing me down in the back. Hydration pack on the back, 3 mags in a generic pouch, and a couple of grenade pouches finish up all that's really needed.

CYMA MP5SD.
Monstrom 3x prism optic on it. I replaced a venturable TRS-25. The Monstrum has a crisp and thick reticle which I find makes it perfectly usable for CQB, while the magnification makes it more useful in the woods.
A faux laser box (real lasers in airsoft is a huge pet peeve of mine) to hold batteries for easier access. A Surefire M952V light with a simple on/off function, which is great because strobes are pretty dumb. Amazon cheapo 1-point sling works decent enough, a 2-point adjustable feels a bit too cumbersome on such a relatively short gun.
