I was just playing a game where my opponent was on mono W tokens and had a Mondrak out. The triggers took so long to resolve (with no player input needed) that it ran down two of MY timers... and subsequently skipped through my following turn. I didn't end up drawing the combo piece I needed, but if I had, this UI behaviour would have been the reason I lost. I was getting ready to cast something (even though it wouldn't have saved me) but the UI just jumped straight from my draw step to my opponent's turn.

Whose idea was it to have automated triggers count against a player's timer?

Anyway, I'm posting this here since the WotC feedback channel requires a login to post.

So Arena introduced an achievement system recently. A lot of the achievements are the sort of thing that will just happen sooner or later, but there's an "Advanced Achievements" category and one of the things in it is "Win 10 Historic Ranked matches with a deck containing no Rare or Mythic Rare cards."

What do we think about this one? Given enough patience, anyone can catch enough lucky breaks eventually, but are there any known decks that could accomplish this goal in a relatively short timeframe? My first thought was to build a cheapo burn deck, and my second thought was to play Zombie Hunt. But we're talking about ranked Historic, and I don't know if either of those ideas can even approach a 50% win rate there.

Edit: if you're going the burn route, here's a 0-rare burn deck that was featured on MTGGoldfish a couple of years ago.

I was hoping to complete the commons for a set by opening packs, but it looks like I keep getting duplicates instead? Is using wildcards going to be the best way to complete the commons for that set?

Seems like they could either A. have common slots fill with missing cards first, or B. have duplicates be some small number of gems instead, like they do for rares and mythics (or ideally, both A and B).

What's the point of opening my 5th, 6th, 7th etc of a common?

I don't understand why anyone would want a card style with random ugly dark pixels floating around characters' heads. Is my phone doing something weird here?
