Hey everyone, great to see this community over here at Lemmy. I'm looking for recommendations on the best brand of bottled water? I ask for both taste and sustainability, and ethics of the company, or any combination of the above lol

Your body sweats on average half a liter of water every night. This may make you feel more tired in the morning.

By drinking some nice fresh water, you can make up for that and feel energetic much faster. Also, nice cold water feels refreshing in the morning, helping to wake you up as well.

There is no post here yet. So I wanted to take the initiative to tell anyone coming here to drink some water now.

It is 0:40 am where I am, and I just took a nice, cold sip. You can do that too.

Stay hydrated!
