A twist of Tic Tac Toe inspired by VSauce written in React + JS.

I’m looking for recommendations on high quality open source games to try. Some of my favorite games I’ve played recently are Factorio, Kerbal Space Program, and Outer Wilds, but I’m willing to try many kinds of games (besides FPS).

I have a potato PC lying around core 2 DUO (Dual Core) with 4GB RAM running linux mint.

What cool games for a 16 yr old I can have installed on it? Suggest some explicit content free game ideas.

Neat reimplementation of WarCraft III tower defense map YouTD. Engine is Godot 4. Though most graphics are AI generated.

Has two sets of campaign levels(freedoom 1 & 2), in contrast to the usual sole focus on multiplayer seen in floss FPS games.

The project also maintains a set of deathmatch levels via the "freedm" wad.

Ashes is a Post-apocalypse themed total conversion for the GZDoom engine. It combines old school build style level design and Doom style action with a twist of Stalker and Fallout.

Features:

• 2 full episodes and an expansion offering dozens of intricate maps to explore, scavenge and fight through.
• A deadly arsenal of weapons from lowly 9mm pistols to improvised garage railguns.
• Fight varied enemies including: insane bandit raiders, mutant cannibal warlords and acid spewing carnivorous plants (protip: bring your flamethrower).
• An absolute banger of a soundtrack by cacoward winning musician John S.Weekley (aka PRIMEVAL).
