I've been trying to get a DrunkenSlug invite for a while now on r/usenetinvites but it's crazy competitive always trying to be the first to respond and I'm a bit bummed I missed the open registration recently. Decided to make an account on Lemmy to give it a shot here instead. If anyone has any invites it would be greatly appreciated.

Been trying to grab an invite off of r/UsenetInvites to no avail, and missed open registrations last month. New to Usenet stuff in general and trying to find a couple things that the usual indexers are missing.

I have been seeding public torrent trackers for a few years and recently learned about Usenet.

I figured I'de take this shot in the dark and see if I can get a peek behind the curtain into the world of private trackers and maybe meet some like minded folk.

I have a NAS that i use as a 24\7 seedbox and will redownload media I already have just to raise my all time upload and ratio, i like to treat it like a high score 😄
