Well midlevel teams need to get same budget as big teams. So whoever can spend will get the talent rn. That's basically what happens in European soccer. Whichever club gets big money behind it gets to be successful. Like Mancity. Mancity was an also run till the oil money took over.

That doesn't even happen in the NFL which has the best parody of any league.

Yes NFL and NBA with the draft and free agency doesn't allow a few teams to accumulate the talent. I don't know how you do that in college though.

But there are still dominate teams in the NBA and NFL. There are teams that spend significantly less than the top teams.

Yes NBA a single player can make a huge difference because its only 5 players. But the talent disparity isn't as great between teams in NFL like it is in college.
