It's a joke, of course I would ignore it and be
respectful if interacting with her
They're obviously implants, no one has proportions like that! The male equivalency would be someone who sports facial tattoos or has a 2-foot mohawk, etc
Almost all of the comments aren't actually sexualizing her, just commenting on the size

I'm not white knighting. I'm criticising the way people talk about a woman just based on her outer appearance. Even if she will never know it it normalizes sexualizing women just because of their looks even if it isn't related to the subject at hand. This leads to a reduction women to mere sexual objects.
That's good.
That's irrelevant.
They are commenting on the size to sexualize her.
