I've also only used it to buy the odd BL title so far, so I can't really say. The main advantage of MG is that you can get uncensored 18+ games on there that wouldn't make it unto Steam.
I tried looking up their DRM policy, but apart from the hardcopies being DRM free I couldn't find anything conclusive :/
