In any case, proportional representation … if implemented, it will be a glorious day for Canada, and therefore the world.

So the achievement can transcend countries!!

If one more country gets it the greater the pressure will be. We have come a long way since the 1800s.

Surprised to hear Canada is still using FPTP. I kinda assumed all first world countries would be using proportional voting by now

It's one of the worst things we inherited from the British empire.

Some first world countries still use it. Like South Korea, Japan and UK.
