Wow that's a lot of money and a great project to receive it. I'm loving fdroid, majority of the apps on my phone are from there.

Keep in mind that there are many security concerns regarding the official repository; I would personally prefer using either Accrescent, Obtanium (more advanced), or the IzzyOnDroid repository, in case you still want to mainly use FDroid.
