He's a moron. We will be saying this often for the foreseeable future.
He's only a moron in most of the country.
In the south, he's basically smarter than Einstein (not that they know who that is).
I live in the south and have seen far too many examples that are exactly as you say. I unfortunately have to associate with several of these idiots.
