Option to disable right swipe to go back? (lemm.ee)

There are a lot of options to change swipe actions, but I use my phone with my left hand and often try to swipe right to upvote, but when I do, half of the time it instead it goes back. Can we have an option to disable swipe-right-to-go-back?

I literally just came to this sub to find out if i could turn ON swipe to go back because i'm a righty and i can't reach the left side of the screen. turns out it's already on but i can't reach! they should expand the range and make it configurable
