Option to disable right swipe to go back? (lemm.ee)

There are a lot of options to change swipe actions, but I use my phone with my left hand and often try to swipe right to upvote, but when I do, half of the time it instead it goes back. Can we have an option to disable swipe-right-to-go-back?

Or at the very least an option to swipe left to "undo" going back. I keep losing my place because I accidentally go to the communities list and can't get back to the feed
