Having access to all the shows of all the streaming platforms (It's either Yarr, shiver me timbers or I'm spending hundreds a month on subscriptions - just take a wild guess) it's clear that the Apple ones have superior quality to everybody else's.
No idea about the quantity element since with full access to everything, time to watch shows is the only limiting factor so stuff with low reviews doesn't get time wasted on.
