18.9m a year is about a (5%) annual increase to 368.9m from the 2024 budget of 350m. BC Transit will also save money due to the handy dart service being brought into the public's ownership, that will improve service for everyone.

However it seems like the bcndp took down the 2024 platform from their website when I went to check it for the reference.
