anyone heard this phrase?
In what dialect does "thrust up" mean to increase? Can anyone give me a sentence, because I'm not coming up with anything that sounds natural to me. Something physically rising I can understand, like a spear being thrust up from below. But increasing something? I call shenanigans.
It's just a word, apparently.
