Did it occur to anyone that "triggering" those who have had or are on the verge of a complete mental break could exacerbate the issues? Like do we really want to be the straw that causes a suicide or mass shooting?

Wait until you get hearing aids. My friend's grandmother had one of those cochlear types of hearing aids, and she could hear thunderstorms before they were supposed to even occur.
