Welcome!

Can you imagine, years ago how the internet was before? We know Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube. We knew blogger, Tumblr, Skyrock... and long before, it was the forum era as phpBB..and mail-lists.

And now with ActivityPub, we are reshaping the web, and achieving much with lots of freedom. So thank you all, and welcome ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿ˜

Hello! I was checking out rblind today, and i'm curious to hear from people who're visually impaired on what they think of it.

It seems pretty cool, i'm wondering if the theme can be implemented for more instances to for help accessibility.

Didn't see that post, doesn't appear to me here i think. Thanks, I'll ask the dbzer0 admins what they think. Though, it'd be hard to make a case for it when there's no active desire for it. But i think it can help the small minority within us that's visually impaired.

It should just be added to the Lemmy default set of themes. Doesn't cost much, and then that's another argument to show that Lemmy is better than Reddit on that side (Reddit mostly ignored /r/blind claims that 3-rd party apps had better support for accessibility during the API fiasco)
