Surely out 97,488 votes for Nader in Florida, the gap couldn’t have been made up the difference of checks notes 537 fucking votes. Gore won the popular vote but the recount came down to those 537 of which again over 97000 went to Nader. Two things can be true.
So you agree that both you and I and NSRXN all have correct takes, just maybe without enough context. Which means NSRXN wasn't being obtuse, he was correct that gore won that election.
The difference is you think it makes sense to blame nader voters for bush getting to be president while I and presumably NSRXN place blame primarily on the supreme Court.
Both sides here have some merit, neither are obtuse
