I don't know how to make embroidered patches, surrealists.
Not saying this is the service to use, but looks like the process would go something like this?

E: lol there's so much trouble we could get into with these ideas, e.g. badges for various battalions in the resistance, futuristic police-like works for the MATA assholes, etc etc.
