I'll take a shot. Cum represents wealth. Lobbyists have shot their loads into congress since the dawn of Congress. The legislators in Congress are swimming in wealth and corruption. The people want better wealth distribution and more economic opportunities. That's why the crowd has blue and red banners. Everyone wants corporations and politicians to stop exploiting the lower and middle classes. This might also just be AI with Garrison's signature slapped on?
