Why are you guys getting so personally triggered by a one-word comment? They said it's performative. Yes, the liberals do it too. Is this a sports game? Are we keeping scores? Is your team winning?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

When Liberals do it they are met with joy and praise. If anyone makes it a team sport it is not us.

Had folks gleefully quoting Kamala her performative speeches yesterday as an "argument".

[–] [email protected] 62 points 2 months ago (3 children)

That's certainly what your propaganda would like you to think. In reality, most of us are sick of our elected politicians and the political theatre. We don't worship politicians the way people on the right do.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (2 children)

Liberals do worship their politicians to the level where there is NO accountability. They may whine about their actions, but will willingly, and without question, vote for their reelection.

Liberals chided Trump for saying he could shoot someone on 5th avenue and not lose a single voter while voting for Biden after helping slaughter Palestinian children. Liberals overlook Obama denying due process to 75% of those he deported, while screaming that Trump is doing that.

Edit, I guess mods around here are filtering words in posts?

I included the word bi*tch and it auto edits to removed

willingly, and without question, vote for their reelection.

That's such an unnuanced take it's impressive

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If genocide wasn't your red line, what exactly would it be?

[–] [email protected] 19 points 2 months ago (2 children)

For voting? red lines are for revolution. A redline to not vote simply reduces my own ability to have a voice in politics to no benefit.. It's short sighted virtue signaling that brings no benefit to myself or others. My redline is anti authoritarianism.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Liberals love their blue authoritarianism, so much they refuse to acknowledge it

[–] [email protected] 13 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Blue is pretty shit. But it's not authoritarianism. It's a mistake to call it as such

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

It's hard to hear about liberal authoritarianism when they are all at brunch.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 2 months ago (1 children)

lmao you think there are actual liberals in the party/or supporters, they dont even make up majority of voters. you are thinking like a conservative would, you're no better than they are.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

It's liberals that are no better than conservatives, they are also right wing

[–] [email protected] 9 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I know you believe this, but this is why people don't take .ml people seriously lol

Pointing out how Democrats are EXACTLY like their MAGA counterparts bother you?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

Wow, how bad faith. I never said anything like that lol. You just have yourself all worked up and confused bud.

But if you think they're so exactly the same I can point out some differences. One is their stance on gun control. I don't think they're EXACTLY the same on that topic. If you need to I can mention some more differences.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago (1 children)

You confuse their talk about gun control vs their actions

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

I mean, I don't even have to argue anymore. There are tons of ways, like looking at what foundations they fund, what legislation they pass around gun control, and such, but I don't even need them. If you're going to be overly general I can be pedantic. Their talk about gun control is different, you just admitted. Sounds like they're not EXACTLY the same huh?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (4 children)

Liberals most definitely worship their politicians in the exact same way the MAGA crowd does.

[–] [email protected] 26 points 2 months ago (1 children)

How so? Which politicians do leftists worship?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (2 children)

I said Liberals not Leftists.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Really avoided answering that question huh

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Not at all. If you want you can correct it and ask it again.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If you can't understand the core of that question without me spoon feeding it to you, you're not worth the time having a conversation with. You seem insufferable.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If you think they anywhere near the same thing there is no value to be had conversing with you.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Oh look, an assumption. Proving my point bud.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Oh look a person who refuses to admit their mistake. Proving my point bud

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

Never refuted that I made a mistake. I can say I did, I did. Doesn't bother me none, that was never the issue. It was you acting purposefully ignorant as a way to talk down to me. Take a step back, you proud about how you're handling yourself? You're not going to convince anyone of anything. If anything, people will have a bad taste on anything you say.

Instead of staying in topic you decided to spril into hammering semantics. The only take away I can have is you're either a troll or this is all a deflection from the question. Either way, I don't care. You're a waste of time. I'll block you because I know you can't help butb reply. You're welcome lol.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Confusing Liberals and Leftists is like confusing Republicans and Leftists.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

My bad. I was assuming that you were confusing liberals with leftists. So, which politicians do liberals worship?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

So... You claim to understand the difference between liberals and leftists, and you think liberals worship Bernie? Bernie has spent his life fighting against liberalism. Why would liberals worship him?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Bernie fights for the establishment not against it. He is a grifter.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago
[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 months ago

Still. Name one.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 2 months ago

Keep up that performance, boy.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 2 months ago

If that were true, Al Franken would still be a sitting Senator. We'd still have Rod Blagojevich, Anthony Weiner, and Bob Menendez.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago)

Really? Where are all the signs, the flags, the people getting tattooed. People are calling Trump God, building him statues. If you look at the MAGA cult and say the other side is the same, turn you're detached from reality my guy.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

You may be tired of it, but keep going back for more. That's how the party of people like Carter are now the party of people dog whistling to Republicans
