Communism is exactly the opposite of that. You're thinking of late stage capitalism.
Stealing wealth and creating a slave class is what happens in communism. Every. Single. Time.

There are zero communist countries that don’t have extreme wealth inequality and a wealthy ruling class. That’s my evidence. You haven’t, and seemingly can’t, provide any contrary evidence.
