Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

If you can't sleep well then it's worth getting a sleep study done. I did one and was diagnosed with both sleep apnea and insomnia. I was prescribed a CPAP machine for the sleep apnea and Trazodone 100mg for the insomnia and it's helped a lot. I sleep so much better now.
Edit: Trazodone isn't the best solution for everyone, and can have potential side-effects, but it works very well for me. My point is that you should get a professional diagnosis from a medical facility that specializes in sleep.
This is a tranquillizer that is used to calm down schizophrenic people in crisis!
It also gives you a priapism while making you fully unconscious.
I was prescribed it for chronic insomnia and stopped breathing in the middle of the first night.
Spent the day in the ER.
Was prescribed Ativan instead. All that did was make me very relaxed but did not do anything for insomnia.
In fact it made it worse in some ways.
You say that like it's a bad thing that its original use is something else.
What made me think that is the exclamation mark at the end of your sentence. "Hey, this is important, oh no, watch out!"
You got a study or credentials to go with your advice or are you just spouting uninformed bullshit on the internet?
Since I beat you to it, it is uninformed bullshit. Trazadone is an antidepressant, not a tranquilizer. It's being studied to maybe be used with other medications as a mild treatment for schizophrenia, priapism is a rare side effect, and it has long been used for mild insomnia.
It’s not “extreme overkill” or some sort of emergency-room chemical straightjacket.
“I took it once so now I’m the FDA”. Personal experience is valid—for you. It doesn’t rewrite pharmacology
