In many cases it may be intended to start a discourse

The question mark at the end of a sentence usually denotes a question. What you said seems to me to imply that we don't have any non-totalitarian countries because I don't see any that have these things as end goals (outside of empty promises from politicians).
For that matter, I don't even know what an "end goal" for a country would be. That's what I was trying to get at originally. Countries don't have end goals, beyond "stay existent".
I've never used Photoshop but I have used Photopea and people tell me it's exactly the same: https://www.photopea.com/
How is boy lady formed?
So you're saying we don't have any non-totalitarian countries?
What is the end of goal of a non-totalitarian country?
I'm confused by this phrase:
this DEI gimmick
What gimmick would that be? I can't see anything in the text that this might refer to. Is this a translation issue? Because even the term "DEI" is at least unusual, that's not a thing in Germany. I'd like to know what he said originally.
That's energy that could more productively go into increasing the Bruttosozialprodukt.

You realise I'm being very unserious and making fun of stereotypes, yes?
Who now?
I do strive not to confirm the stereotypes at ALL opportunities ;)
I'm sorry, what? Do people actually say that?? Wtf?
There are efforts to do just that, neocities comes to mind. Problem is that it takes a lot more active participation.
