What about energy weapons? Like laser/microwave/radiation/plasma/anti matter?

Unreasonable to use microwaves as weapons against people, but they could be used to disable cop cars, radios, and any other piece of electric they might rely on.

Not feasible for regular people to make. Also, a "heat ray" would probably use IR, not Microwaves.
