Emma just came in my office to tell me she loves me (lemmy.world)

Working at home, sitting in my office chair. Emma comes in, gives me a quick tail rub around the legs, I reach down and pet her once, and she walks out.

She does this a few times a day. I'm not sure if she's reassuring me, or herself. I guess it doesn't really matter. ❤️

That's her sister Lizzie. When she vocalizes, it's always an exclamation.

"There's a strange cat outside!"

"I hate the vacuum cleaner, could you not?!"
