Hello, everybody. I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 that I'd like to install some Linux distro on to use as an eBook reader. Does anybody have any experience or recommendations for a distro that's touchscreen-friendly? Thanks in advance!

Edit: I'm using Linux Mint on my main PC. I like it, but haven't tried it on the Surface yet.

Anything running the Gnome desktop will work fine.

I also had a Surface Pro 3 running Debian + Gnome. I Gifted it to my father for casual web browsing and It's working great for him.

I've been using the Gnome desktop as well on my Yoga convertible. Has some Android vibes with the menus and the app picker etc. And it works well since Firefox doesn't need any patches for scrolling anymore.
