I mentioned the previous attempt looking like a croissant; I never asked how it actually came out. Did you eat any of it? For a loaf of bread, it looked messed up; but it absolutely looked flakey and delicious still. ๐คค
I aborted the bake with like 30min left. Parts of the crust had gotten nice and crisp so I ate a little of that. It was pretty bland, probably because I forgot the salt, but tasted OK with butter ๐
