Well, there really are a lot of Chinese tourists around in NL, and groups of them do have an odd tendency to discuss things and look for guidance on their phones in the strangest places. Next to general tourist things I mean, like going to stop and look around at the top of a busy and fast moving escalator :)

I totally agree and many people (including myself) have had bad interactions with chinese tourists, they can be quite rude at times and will often invade personal space which is extremely annoying. But I can say I have had bad experiences with American tourists too, but it would be unfair to say all Americans are like this and to propagate negative stereotypes is wrong, especially for a crappy board game.

Is that racism?

I don't think its racist, but it is kinda shitty. I mean why make this comment at all, they could have chosen so many different scenarios here and they went with this.
