Stop. Driver, in Tesla, shall be supervising "Self-Drive Mode" (level 2 assistance BTW) at any time.
I hope they have good insurance, driver to blame here.

Sadly thats legally correct.
I really would love if tesla had to pay for something like this.
Its not even the first to drive on tracks

Shouldn't a self-driving car be, you know, trained to recognize things it shouldn't automatically drive on? Like train tracks? Wonder how you're going to blame the passenger when the robotaxi does this.
