Edit: I was wrong, this is a photo shop job.
It's not AI, the shopped in cops are from a picture taken during the 2019 protests in Moscow caused by the violations in the Moscow City Duma Elections.
OK good to know, thanks. It has gotten hard to tell a shop from AI =/
