I mean to be fair, the finals has never actually supported Linux. Its a thing the team seems to try and maintain but you can't get any official support and Embark has never really mentioned it in an official capacity.
So, at least in this case, them doing their "upmost" ability to keep it working is what they have been doing all along so it's okay.
I don't know what that has to do with anything. I wasn't criticizing their Linux support. I don't get upset when a dev doesn't support Linux (especailly now with Proton), only when they go out of their way to explicitly prevent it.
