The expression is, take it with a grain of salt.

The subtext being that the FBI and Homeland Security lie so much, that if you take everything they say with a grain of salt, you'll be at risk of dying from too much salt.
They say "Take it with a grain of salt." and not "Take it with a grain of Sea Salt.".
So I am just saying - Use black salt for the grains and you get less Na per grain.
Black salt is nice, but it's not low in sodium, it's just high in iron.
I am not going to try understanding your reasoning behind saying that nor try to explain ratio and proportions.
